We at EVERITE are here at your service with our new invention and modifying version of Door Closer which is Universal Type, that is opening either at 90° on any one side i.e. Left hand or Right hand 90° from 0° which is the closing point of the Door.
FEATURES:
1. Universal : It is also available with/without Hold open system, pelmet type that is on opening if the is require to stay open at 90° and it will stand otherwise with a slight push it will come back to its position.
This arrangement can only be pre-set at the Factory level.
2. Latch Speed : (LS) Latch control allows extra speed to be gained in the final state of Door Closing to overcome the resistance of the door, latch, door seals, air tightness, for without "Banging" This is being efficience for Doors with security lock, un-maned door for security purpose which again is pre-set system at the factory. Also, Allows unlatched Door to closed quietly.
This arrangement can only be pre-set at the Factory level.
3. Sweep Speed : (SS) The sweep control adjust and regulates the speed of the Door through the main Arch of the closing sweep to suit individual needs.
This arrangement can only be pre-set at the Factory level.
4. Delayed Action : (D.A.) When the Door is opened beyond approx 90° an integral delay function slowes down the closing action for a period to allow convenient passing through. This feature is particularly usefull for Hospitals, Retirement Homes, and similar situation.
This is a pre-set at the factory.
5. Optional Barrier : (B.F.) Engineered with Spring power to provide easier opening for physically challenged children or elderly.
This arrangement can only be pre-set at the Factory level.
6. Please don't forget the Arch Door's for which, we also have one Model in the range. This arrangement can only be pre-set at the factory level.
The above Models arrangement to take the maximum load of 60 kgs.
These Models will be/can be available in Brass, Copper, Stainless steel and Silver finish.
Heavy duty can also made here to move Door up- to 75 kgs/80kgs. even when the Door is not heavy is but exhaust fan on one side. This heavy Door is for you.
This arrangement can only be pre-set at the Factory level. Pre-set at factory means the system is set at factory, but Speed can be adjusted at site as per the requirement.
