Model F-32:

This particular Model is Pivot suspended and takes the load up-to 125 kgs. And can open either side from 0° up-to 90°.

This is most suitable for Doors operating under extreme Conditions, it can negotiate heavy Air-pressure either on, both the sides or one given side. It could be the main entrances, Multi-stories, Mall, Cinemas, Air- ports or toilets doors fitted with the exhaust Fans etc.This is a typical case of one side pressure.

This particular Model has a capacity to negotiate one side Heavy pressure.

This is the one example of extreme pressure. Now, let’s talk about extreme temperature.

This is the straight away case of distilleries and then Pharma and the list goes on in which the temperature and the Air- pressure of one Room varies from the Temp and pressure of next room where the Door is common.

Model F-42:

As detailed above, we now present F-42 belonging to the same family but having different . characteristics like …….
After heavy mounted Door on the hinges users has a second thought of using Floor Spring instead of a Door Closer.

This particular floor Spring comes to the rescue with/ without hold open option.

Mind you since the Door is already fixed on Hinges it will operate only on one side either lift or right for which the same has to be specified prior to placing the order or you can even take the help of our offices and technicians who will be glad to help you.

This Model is also rescue for Arch Type Doors since it is one side opening Door, It is boon for the Cardex Door i.e. for A.T.M.‘s with magnetic locks and unmaned door, not only for ATM’s but for any door which requires a secure closer after use.

Model F-37:

This is a Heavy Duty version of Floor Spring Model F-32 and also Model : F-42. This Floor Spring can take the weight up- to 175 to 180 kgs.

Yes, if you have Door heavier than…..we would be glad to be at your service. In short, you give us a door we give you the Floor Spring for the same irrespective of the characteristics.

All the above mentioned Floor Spring came with the stopper at 90°.

In case your requirement is non-stopper, do let us know and in the case of Model : F-32 and F-37 if either of the side are required in Heavy Duty and other is normal. The same also be taken care of.

Model F- 72 :

This is a smaller version of F-32. To negotiate the weight of the 75 up- to 90 kgs only.
Being small in size it has nothing to offer much except for its regularity in use.

Model F -31:

This is the sleeker version of F-32 with different options such as Double action as the name suggests it is openable either side i.e. 0 -90°. It is also available with left of Right side operational with the function as required by the customer.

This again is perfect version of access Doors with cards with automatic locks so that the Door automatically closes which left open ( a small suggestion - when you required the Door to close automatically when left open at 90°. Do request for the non - stopper Floor Spring)

This version also comes with the following features :-

Sweep Speed : The sweep control adjust and regulates the speed of the door through the main Arch of the closing sweep to suit individual needs.

Delayed Action : When the door is opened beyond approx. 70° an integral delay function slowes down the closing action for a period to allow convenient passing through the opening this feature is particularly usefull for Hospitals, Retirement Homes and similar situation. This is a preset at the factory.

Optional Barrier Free : Engineered with spring power to provide easier opening for Handicapped or elderly.

The above Models arrangement to take the maximum load of 125 kgs without use of additional Door Units. This models also has the arrangement for patch fittings for the convenience of the Elite Clients.

These Models will be available in Brass, Copper, Stainless Steel and Silver finish and will also be accompanied by Brass pivot where else shoe will be of stee.
